  • Awful

This app doesn’t let me choose and switch my fast times and sets time frames for me I absolutely don’t want
  • Doesn’t work

    By tonkaj
I was not able to end my fasting earlier than the time they allotted. So not at all personal. Also was charged both $69.99 and $10.99 within a couple of days and going through apple to get a refund is like pulling teeth. Don’t bother getting the free trial these two charges happened the same day I ordered it and a couple of days later.
  • New to intermittent fasting

This is only Day 2 for me so my star rating is really only for the user friendliness of the app. The videos have been good, but some are focused a little too much on people who are apparently already health conscious. The fasting is the easiest part; learning how to come out of it and when to be active seems much more complicated.
  • Too many ads and complicates fasting

    By Laurenlovesyoux2
This used to be my favorite tasting app. It was simple, to the point, and helped me focus on my goals. Now every time I click something there is a pop-up ad trying to charge me for additional services. I don’t want additional series, I want the simplicity and beauty of the app as it was. I like fasting for its simplicity! The app is too busy, has way too many ads, and has too many notifications, despite my changing the settings. They ruined something good!
  • Good app until you need to edit

    By jlebomba1
I like tracking my fast and eating zones with how I feel and pre and post fast meal. A lot of great information as well. But when life happens, and it always does, and I forget to log the fast starting or stopping it is very hard to edit past days.
  • Best help reminder app 🎊

    By preciouspearl50
This app has helped me keep on track with fasting reminders! Thank you!
  • App won’t save fasting times

    By Delo's Mom
This app was great for the first few weeks I used it but recently it stopped recording some fast/break fasts. Sometimes I go to start my fast and realize the clock never saved my break fast from the morning. Please fix this! Great app but this is very annoying.
  • Quality content and relevant help!

Very useful app rooted in medical experience
  • Love this app

This app is so helpful and really helps me organize my fasts
  • Zero Plus

    By LovieLava
The plus version does not seem much different. The ketone and glucose readings I log are not changing the “zone” I should be in based on those readings.
