    Don’t bother with this app. Didn’t work two years ago and still has major glitches. Can’t even replace the greeting in the app. Godaddy is winging it too, without a support team for this app.

    Hello Hi, I have been using this app for texting my customers for over a year now and all of a sudden my messages doesn’t send all i get when i send texts is “sending” and a “answered call” notification. My messages doesn’t go through please i need help to fix this as i have lots of messages to reply to. Thank you
  • Works only half the time-significant issues

    Many people say that their calls to my SmartLine go directly to voicemail. This is when I have great cell service or am on good WiFi. Also, there are periods where myself and an employee both have issues with calling and receiving calls for a 15-20 minute period, then all of a sudden the lines will start working again. This is obviously a problem with the SmartLine and not two separate phones/cell services. Also a lot of the time people get a busy signal when they call—makes no sense. SmartLine should figure this out soon or I will be choosing another provider.

    This app constantly drops calls. If I am luck enough to have a call go through it drops the call before I can even connect. There is no Tech Support phone number anywhere to be found and there supportFAQ explains the calls do drop but provides no solution that will actually work to fix this issue.
