    Application is unusable on iOS 15. I have tried calling SmartLine support at GoDaddy and receive a recording that nobody is available to take my call. Unable to receive calls on SmartLine or place calls.

    App will give me an error message when dialing. When I call customer support I enter the number associated with the account and it says they cannot validate my account. This app is not reliable.

    I’ve been a Long time app user but since downloading iOS 15 the app is unable to place calls. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a second number! Please fix!

    This application is fine until it stops working and you can’t call any of your clients. I regret using this shady line for my business needs because sometimes it does not work.

    Very disappointed with the app. It worked when I first downloaded. Since then I have not been able to access the app. Called support and they were unable to resolve the issue. Was asked by the person who provided support to let them know if the issue was resolved as he was told the server was down. Here it is several days later and the app cannot be accessed. I’ve paired for 12-months and recommended this service to another business owner. Now I’m extremely disappointed in this decision and embarrassed that I recommend SmartLine. No apology is needed. Just fix this app.

    8/2021 Finally an app update but they now require further ID verification. Stupid update comment “we might need to verify it was you :)”. Who does a smiley on a sentence like that?! How about fixing the 100s of shortfalls SmartLine has over iMessage? STILL NO WAY TO SEARCH TEXTS. Still no calls to/from Canada or anywhere outside the US. What a JOKE of an app! They keep deleting my reviews. Shame on GoDaddy for this horrendous 2nd phone number app. THERE WAS A NATIONAL OUTAGE last week on ALL outgoing calls & texts. Tech knew about it and said “they usually fix it in a day or so but we don’t know.” So, if you’re relying on this for a business, you are rolling the dice. No app update in 10 months. Lacking key features that iMessage had literally 10 years ago. No way to search texts. Can’t select multiple photos at same time. No group messaging. CAN’T MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS OR TEXTS TO/FROM CANADA - and no way to add that. FIRE EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THIS SHAMEFUL APP. Can’t search messages, unlike native message app on phone CANT SEND INTERNATIONAL TEXTS!!? Contact id or incoming call number doesn’t show up on native phone (just “SmartLine Call”). Likewise the call log in the native phone app will just show “SmartLine call” not the incoming ID. Notifications often don’t go away Can’t “retry” texts that don’t go thru have to copy / paste and try again When you try to send a new text from the main screen by clicking the “text message” icon you CAN’T choose a contact. It only lets you enter a new number. To text someone in your contacts you have to go to “Contacts” then search for them then click on them then click on the icon to send a text. Everything is much harder and more complicated than it should be. Often incoming calls and texts are not received or there is no notification which is the worst part of it all. Can’t clear notifications (often the app icon will have the badge showing unread messages when there aren’t any and you can’t clear them no matter what you do). Bottom line is this is a SUPER LIMITED and UNRELIABLE app. They seem to have just one or two coders who have worked on this but from the bugs and lack of features obviously don’t use it themselves for anything other than a simple text here and there. Don’t believe the hype - this is NOT reliable for anyone looking for even basic features or reliability.
