    About as accurate and on the mark as one can get. A valuable tool for those interested in improving their health, as well as a great tool for the athlete. Purchasing Premium is also worth the meager cost. Highly recommend.

    This app is super user friendly and is very informative! I never much paid attention to sleeping habits other than trying to go to bed at the same time generally. This app sheds a lot of light on the importance of not only how much sleep but the quality of your sleep and it does a great job explaining the factors that indicate quality. Really clear interface.     This is really easy to use and understand and it’s pretty accurate. It’s easy to change inputs when it thinks you fell asleep earlier than you did or woke up later than you did. Great app!

    No sleep app, nor the watch itself, can give the type of feedback my Fitbit did, but this is as close as it comes. Definitely recommended.
