    I really enjoy keeping track of my sleeping parameters. I believe it has helped me tremendously in improving my sleep quality. Which has in turn has improved my overall health!!

    It tracks most of the things I want, so for the first couple of weeks I was happy with it. Ultimately, the point for me is to track long term trends. But it only logs the previous night’s sleep if you open the app that day. So you have to remember to open it every single day if you want accurate weekly and monthly data. My watch already tracks most of what I want anyway and the additional data provided by the app is higher maintenance than it’s worth.

    Tracking my sleep has helped me work on ways to get a better nights sleep. It’s not easy if you are a night owl! Just kept at it and easier to do with this app.

    Wish the sleep time showed exactly the amount of time awake, deep sleep, and light sleep! Example: 30 mins awake. 4hrs of deep sleep. 3hrs of light sleep.

    I like that it’s free and that it pairs with the Apple Watch. I stared using this 2 weeks before I had my fourth baby and then now that I’m nursing, I can see the disruptions and plan accordingly to nap the other amounts of time else where in the day. It’s not perfect but at least I have a goal to shoot for so I’m not pushing myself to far in lack of sleep. It seems to yell at me toy get more sleep to so that’s always helpful lol! I would say the four and. Or five stars are simply because I would like to to be completely free with the purchase of the Apple Watch (maybe an opportunity there to combine marking?) I enjoy it a lot.

    It’s only shown 1 time that my sleep was interrupted. There were many times I was awake this week and it showed no interruption in my sleep. 🤔 So glad I didn’t pay for this.

    Signed up for the subscription! And so far I’m really loving this! Better than the other apps out there. Pretty spot on 99% of the time. It’s nice to know how well I slept and get to see the status report and all the details. Pretty neat stuff. 😊 highly recommend!
