  • Stop asking how “ fatigued” I am feeling

    By Peacheslaroo
This is a bad way to ask a question! It should always be regarded in the good do you feel today? how much energy do you have today, but not how fatigued you are today! So stop asking me how fatigued I am! It didn’t even occur to me that I should feel fatigued until you reminded me!
  • Inaccurate sleep times

    By Tipi53
Occasionally the sleep times are inaccurate and unsuccessful trying to manually correct the times.

  • Newbie

I am still getting use to the app so I will have to provide an update once it starts to sync with my sleep schedule. The app seems intuitive and provides good data around sleep statistics.
  • Great, may be life saving App!

    By BigDawg1973
I slept without CPAP for 2 weeks without CPAP, then with CPAP for a week, and this app showed me the results were stunning of how much the CPAP helped me sleep, and this App visually showed it! This app did a great job showing how much I really needed my CPAP. My heart rate and sleep quality was terrible without it. There is so much data, it is tough figuring it all out, but I love it!!

  • Latest Version Won’t Sync Automatically

    By Humorous2me
I used to enjoy this app. It helped me to find poor sleep habits and encourage good habits. Now, it’s not really helping me with much of anything since it won’t automatically sync the info from my watch to the app on my phone. I have to remember to sync it weekly. I miss the ease of the older app.
  • I love it

  • Inconsistent

    By Nikki232323
I wear my Apple Watch to bed every night, but this app only tracks my sleep occasionally. I really like the layout and readability of the app, but if it isn’t consistent, what’s the point?
