  • Utter crap

It’s just instructions to set up the sync. Says to use another app (that you have to buy) in order to do it. Didn’t work; found another app that works much more easily. Save your money and avoid this crap.
  • Does not record steps

The app only records calories not steps. Even though steps are marked.

So far, the syncing of data is flawless. My wife and I added a RENPHO Smart Scale to our list of data sources. There has been no cross-syncing of our data. It just works as advertised...what more could you ask for? If I take the time...read the extra documentation and discover an Aautomatnic-Sync setting...that “would” take the cake.
  • Not worth the $$$

Bought this app because the free sync apps were not reliably syncing data from fitbit to apple health. This app doesnt want to sync at all. It also appears that i have to manually sync instead of autosyncing. I’m going back to the free app.
  • Sync your own data & quit after 3 months!

Are you kidding me? You have to manually sync your own data from this app to get the data to the other app. So why did I pay $5.99? I thought that’s what I was paying the app to to do!? What a waste of money and my time! Update: 8/19 After just over 3 months the app stopped uploading data all together. Contacted the developers twice for help.

It was really aggravating to me that I couldn’t sync my weight from my Fitbit scales to my Apple Health app. Then I found this app. It works flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier!!
  • Erased ALL my active minutes

After most recently syncing both directions with the apps from this developer not only were all of my active minutes deleted from this calendar year, but now Fitbit is showing me exercising for 7 hours of walking every single day since then. My wife had the same problem a couple weeks ago and we weren’t sure what the problem was (Fitbit couldn’t fix it), but I now I’ve had the same thing happen to me after syncing with these apps.
  • Worked perfectly!

I’ve wanted to sync my Fitbit with Apple Health for awhile now but I’ve never been able to do it, and this app completely synced everything. It was definitely worth the $5.99!
  • Bad to worse.

Had the app for over a year now. The update process isn't automatic. You have to manually open and sync every time. To make matters worse the developer added a CATCHA security process that's frustratingly long and arduous. Spending over 8 minutes completing random CAPTCHA. IT'S going from bad to worse. Find alternatives!!!
