Hi: Future Driver You must know that uber is the biggest scam company in the united state history as the will steal your earnings intentionally on every single trip you do for them. They will fool you with words, boost, surge and confuse you with numbers you wouldn't understand so they can do their highway robbery. It's totally big scam company. Be aware
  • Using the app is good, but...

As a driver, I find the performance of the app to be pretty good. My only real complaint is that the app needs to use the built in rotation functionality. The iPhone 6/7 Plus blocks quite a bit of the windshield view in portrait mode. It would be great if we could turn our phones sideways (landscape)...
  • Map not updating with surge information

    By Spark Yunker
In the latest update, the map is not refreshing at all with surge updates. I have to force the app closed and reopen or go offline and back online to see updated surge areas.
  • Won’t refresh

    By Jack_Ryan
The latest version of the Driver app will not refresh surges or earnings. The only way to refresh is to force quit the app and relaunch.

  • Uber

No matter what you wrote here, Uber will issue the same response. My gripe is the acceptance rating, I accept every ride but it shows a 90% instead of 100%. f@@@ you uber

There are a few problems with using this app that i think (with such advancements in technology) should be an easy fix. Most of the problems come from issues with GPS & location - no landscape mode on the uber app. Seriously, that is my biggest annoyance because having it in portrait mode makes it harder to see the entire map - more offers to use 3rd power gps maps. I know we already offer Waze and google maps, but I’d appreciate an apple map as well - when I use google maps or waze, why does the address show up as a latitude / longitude coordinate? Just show us the actual address. So many times I went to an address using google maps and would get placed at the back of the building or an alley way. Outside of It’s main gps system, it’s a very cool app. Reminds me of Pokémon Go. Except with Uber , it’s actual people instead of Pokémon.
