Description

"We signed up for a 14-day trial, but soon realized we were here to stay. Our kids are engaged, they’re creative and the staff makes the whole thing fun. They love interacting with other Jammers and we feel like it's a safe place for them to do it. JAM is exactly what this family needed." JAM is a growing library of videos and do-it-yourself projects about things kids love: Art, Exploding Science Experiments, Animation, Cooking, Building, Machines, LEGO®, Epic Guitar Solos, Slime, Unicorns… you know, the stuff that makes the world great! The videos are made by the best kind of teachers, people who are both passionate and know a lot about awesome things, and their instruction make your kids fearless to learn these things, too. Plus, the magic sauce! 100's of projects to keep your kids very, very busy at home getting really, really good at these new creative skills they’re learning. There's screen time, and then there's JAM.

This app is just what I’ve been looking for for my 5 year old. He loves legos and this app has great LEGO classes. I love that he’s doing something to strengthen his mind on his tablet.

I have been on JAM for about a year now and it’s AMAZING! They are making awesome improvements, and so many new packs do try out! Although it costs money... it’s totally worth buying because you learn new things and you can do your dream job by doing one of these lessons! But to the creators to JAM... maybe add some challenges to JAM! Like a weekly art challenge, or try and cook food with this ingredient! And the winners could either get a prize sent to there house or a collection in the app! It’s just a idea, I see that the app is still in development so do take your time on it to make this the best app anyone could be on! 🤗

Was mildly interested, downloaded app, no place to create an account, insisted I sign in, clicked forgot and nothing happens, online tech support pops up but won’t respond for hrs, web page a total mess to unsubscribe! Holy freak what did I get myself into?! If I get charged $99 for this headache all hell will break loose.
  • It's a scam for money!

They ripped me off $153! They do not list a contact number, they refuse to give a refund, they send the same generic responses to any email requests for assistance! Please do not do business with this company, you will regret it!!!!
  • Nothing more than a scam

I signed up for the 14 day trial and then when I tried to cancel, they charged me $89 for the year, and they are refusing to refund that money. Don't do it. The classes aren't that good, my daughter was bored, and their policy is worse than a bad gym. I'm going to be contacting my credit card company to block payment and if need be I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well.
  • You do not get what you pay for.

My son was so dissapointed. What they call lessons is nonsense. They are short clips of a teacher doing a kind of show and tell and then they something like , “your challenge is to build a machine to pop balloons! It fails to teach your child any actual skills or mechanics. It is more of a sharing platform for kids to post things they make and watch other kids being sillily than it is anything else. That would be fine if that was what they are advertising but it is not. The way they market and the price they charge is ridiculous for what you get. My bet is that they count on parents to hand their kids the app and walk away and forget about the two week trial. We canceled after a few hours of trial.

I am 9 years old and extremely dissapointed the courses are dumb. I was exited for my mechanics class and I went to cookie dunkers and was annoyed beacause I was expecting to be taught how! The exact words in the “helpful video” was :build a cookie dunker with a bigining mechanism a middle mechanism and an end dunker. The end result me crying into a pillow
