  • Over $1000+ in limbo with no help from support!

    customer support chat has been useless. I’ll have to have my customer file a dispute to get the money back. It’s been almost 2 weeks since my customer paid and the funds aren’t available. Yes I have contacted my bank and re-entered my account info! BEWARE: use another payment processor!!
  • Great App but the world needs iPad Support

    I love this app, it’s an essential part of my business. With the introduction of the iPad Pro 12.9 inch and the accompanying Magic Keyboard I’ve been able to take MOST of my admin responsibility to the iPad Pro. I can code on the iPad Pro, I can edit photos on the iPad Pro - but I can’t send out proposals and contracts on the iPad Pro unless I use HoneyBook from the web (which I’ve been doing.) I’ll be changing from 2-stars to 5-stars once native iPad support is introduced.

    I became acquainted with this app by way of a photographer, and didn’t know if it would work for me. I manage multiples clients and their businesses and this app helps me do that. I no longer have to text out my availability, all I have to do is share my portal link. Helps me keep track in invoicing, and so much more. It’s is the Assistants Assistant! Thanks for this development
  • Too many glitches

    This app used to be perfect, but for the past several months, it kicks me off every single time I need to login and then prompts me through all of these insane steps to log onto Facebook from my phone. I’ve tried deleting it twice to no avail. I’m so frustrated and considering switching CRMs because this isn’t acceptable for a $40/month program.

    Great app when it works properly. I had a run in with my subscription because the app was telling me I wasn’t the owner of my business...but the chat help was very fast and helpful in getting things resolved. If I personally had more business I would absolutely keep the service! The basic photography contract is great and over all the app is easy to use. I would say the chat I kept loosing when I would close the app and had to restart a new one. If your busy business I highly recommend.
  • Streamlined my sales and service process

    I own an event venue. HoneyBook was my life saver! It helped me streamline and semi automate my sales and service process. I use it for every step of my sales process, planning process, and even my thank you and follow up process. It keeps all of my clients, paperwork, and communication in one place. The app is great! You still need to access the desktop version for some features but for the most part you can do a good bit on the app. And what the app doesn’t do, HoneyBook is probably already working on an update to make the app more robust. They are constantly updating and customizing their product to their clients needs! But.... you have to use it and work it. Don’t try to operate half out of HoneyBook and half in. Use it for its full potential and it will help you streamline your business sales and service process as well!

    I love using honeybook for my wedding videography company. My only complaint right now is not being able to fully utilize it on my iPad Pro 11”. I’d like to see that feature in first couple months of 2020 before my subscription renews.
