    See those 5* reviews? Friend tells me that ATT is “encouraging” employees to rate this app. Sometimes the manager stands there and watches over as you give it a high rating. It is shameful but this is what it has come to. This app serves absolutely no purpose. ATT wants to force us to use their additional services and have tied voicemail to this app. I did what majority of people are doing - turn off the vm. Thanks ATT - because of your stupidity, you are bleeding customers and business. Good bye.

    Even rotary phones are more advanced in their technology than this app. The first voicemail was recorded in 1973. This app apparently predates this historic event. But seriously, I pulled my entire business account (multiple lines) from AT&T within 30 days just to avoid being strong armed into using this app. Please, for your own sanity, ditch AT&T and don’t look back!

    All you want to do is quickly listen to the vmail just received and this app does the opposite. Every step of the way there are obstacles and slowness. The security is over the top, it requires login several times after setting up touchID before it stops asking for it as well as requiring a code by text and entering it, to simply listen to one vmail, this is ridiculous. Playing each vmail is also slow, is it the network? The app? Ugh, always the spinning graphic

    Terrible app, login process is ungodly time wasting, app kicks you out and drops calls. Can’t get a hold of tech support. My customers think I don’t like them because I never respond because I never get their voicemails until days later. This app is business oriented for those who don’t want to do business and enjoy typing in PIN numbers and watching money fly outa your pockets. Maybe the 3rd installment will be better and we can change the background color or something mind numbing like that? Update 12-19-2018 I have been trying for the last 3 days to access my voicemail, I have numerous messages from business associates and customers alike and every time I try to login I don’t receive a PIN number!!!!!! This app is bullsh*t, near years resolution for the programmers of this app, ‘put the crack pipe down and figure out a solution for the 100+ negative reviews and rising your app is incurring’

    Worst excuse for VM I have ever seen. Have to have new password every time I use it. Totally a pice of crap. They deleted my old VM so no bankup.
