  • Areas for improvement

    - calendar is slow to load, I use it to track my sons gtube feeds because he is special needs but because it takes so long to load or sometimes doesn’t connect to server I can’t. Then his father can’t see when he was last fed. - server keeps crashing or not connecting that I need to remove the app and reinstall - I think an additional caregiver or guardian in the account would be great so they can add things too.

I’ve been using this app for about a year and really love it. The only issue I have is when printing out conversations, you can not print a single conversation at once. All of them print together with no gaps so it’s a little difficult to decipher. However, it is fantastic having documentation.
  • Not iPad compatible. Can’t share.

This app is OK overall. It’s missing a major feature, though. You can’t share conversations directly with 3rd parties. This is a must for some contentious cases. It’s also not iPad compatible as indicated. It displays in some weird format like you are viewing it on a phone or something. This seems to be a new problem. It is also pretty slow, high-latency on the iPad. Seems to be designed primarily for a Web browser.

  • Both parents

This app only work when sanctioned by the courts and if both parents are will to use it. False hopes.
  • Server Problems

Every time I use the app it kicks me out and has server issues every time. I write long messages and create event it doesn’t save very frequently!!!!
  • This app isn’t the greatest.

    By Richard F Montoya
The app doesn’t have the same time stamp as the website. The app costs too much. It doesn’t have enough of an instant message feel. The notifications are slow and show up late.
