  • Great app but Google drops it

    By @navigator69
One of the best and useful Google apps. Very convenient and easy to use when you travel. But, Google will drop this app by August 2019. Too bad...
  • Petition to keep Google Trips

    By Derek Fang
It’s sad to know that Google is retiring the Trip app in August. The app features as the hub to all information in Google Maps, really a very helpful tool.
  • Don’t retire this app

I love this app and has been my Go To app when I or the family travel. It’s just efficient to keep everything in one place.
  • Best App For Travel, period

    By BryceTravels
Go with me here. iPhone, or android users book a flight with their google email. The flight information and boarding pass jumps into a well designed screen, easy to access, one button download. The app sees where you’re traveling and compiles recommendations of things to do, most popular places (without several time consuming searches). When you do book a hotel or a car, also, all in one place. No extra porting, logins, questions. I love this app, and the thought that it may be leaving is upsetting. I’m giving this 5 stars because I truly feel it’s the most intuitive app I’ve ever had.
  • Don’t end this app!!

I love this app- it is the most convenient, offline way to track all reservations, get daytrip ideas based on your trip duration and make sure you don’t miss great things to do or places to eat. I’m very disappointed to hear Google is sun setting this app in August. Don’t do it!! Save Google Trips!
  • Great app but yet disappointing

Hey Google we as consumers get attached to an app with lot of use and effort , if you are not committed in supporting your apps we may not trust to use your apps in future.

  • Thanks for nothing

    By Band2friend
Used this app for couple years. Now googles shutting it down In August. Their solution? A website chock full of ads so I can’t find MY information without scouring for the right link through those ads. Boooo!
  • One star for it going away

    By Midwest gal
I love this app and using it for a trip to Italy in September. Or not. Please Google, at least discontinue at end of year. Or rethink it altogether. Consider a service to humankind. If it’s money you want I would pay for it. Yes I can see all my marked locations on Google Maps but it includes all the other stuff on the map. Like places I don’t care about. Hope Google reconsiders this. After all Coke screwed up with a new recipe and changed course. It’s not too late for you either.
  • super good!
