Probably my favorite feature is the ability to search for the folder to move the email. Only thing is I paid the full price for the Android version, do I have to pay again for iPhone?
  • Used to be great on android....unfortunately not on iOS

I bought the lid version as I was very excited to see nine released for iOS. My experience with this app on Android has been fantastic. It serves to be an excellent app you are a junkie for rich formatting! Unfortunately the app has below challenges: - on iOS it’s not as feature rich, like for instance you can no longer reduce font sizes etc for how the mail list appears on home screen, composer cannot be customized - the performance is super choppy. The app will force close at random times and it gets to a point being very unreliable as you loose all that typed content in the composer the moment it force closes. Happened to me on a number of times and now I feel I am done with it. - the chippy performance is a complete deal breaker as it outweighs the merits. It’s not cool investing 15 minutes writing a well crafted email and then a black screen of death takes you to home page, loosing all that hard work. Nine team, if you are listening, please do something about it.
  • Push Notifications

I want to like Nine since I used it for years as my exchange solution on Android. However, it isn’t giving me notifications until like 20+ minutes or longer after receiving an e-mail. Sometimes, it won’t happen until I open and refresh the app. This function works fine in the default iOS Mail app. If this gets fixed I may return as I love everything else about it.
  • Will not Sync!!!

I love this app for Android and gladly made the purchase. I wanted to purchase for iOS as well, but it simply won't sync. I don't get notifications and yes background app refresh is enabled. This app has so much potential, but if it doesn't alert me of my emails...quite frankly, it's useless.
  • Great app when it works

Update: Just saw the app was updated a couple days ago with bug "fixes", so I decided to try it again. After a few minutes of running the app, I started getting synchronization errors again. The built-in iOS app is working fine for now. On top of this, I still have not received a response from Nine, so I'm knocking this down to one star. I've been using Nine for a long time now, first on Android and now on iOS. Last week, I started getting notifications that the app isn't syncing with my Exchange server. I sent an email to support with the logs attached on Tuesday 1/29/2019 and have yet to hear back.

  • Does not work with MS Intune

I have Nine on my Android device and it works perfectly with MS Intune MDM, every time I try to setup my account it tells me I need to enroll its my Intune App, even though I’m already enrolled. $14 for nothing.
  • Unreliable Notifications

I love the application as I have been using it on Android for couple of years. However the notifications are sporadic I find in this version. Once the app has been opened the notifications on screen work well, but that doesn't even last 24 hours. I have to keep preening the app to keep notifications working. A bit frustrating I'd say. Any fix to this?
