  • Truly Bizarre and Poor App Design

    Can not login to app and their support form on their website, the only way to contact them, does not work. When I used to be able to login, the app itself was terrible. You are greeted on starting the app with a several second long animation and a loud sound effect. Every. Time. It’s loud, annoying, and a waste of my time. The UI for scrolling through the available shows is extremely jittery and constantly will just send you to a random spot in the list you’re viewing, that is when it even manages to load a list to view. It often will just fail to load more results or any results. If you select a show and then exit back to the list, it will jump to a random spot in the list, not to where you were previously. Episodes lists for individual shows often take two to three tries to get to load. The UI in the video player has extremely small buttons which are very insensitive. I can be pressing directly on them and get no response until I’ve tried several times. The system is extremely poor at remembering which episode I last watched and where I am in the episode. When it does remember where I was in an episode, It’ll often just restart episodes from the beginning anyway. Chrome cast support is terrible. The app must remain open until the video begins streaming on the chrome cast or it will just sit there loading forever. That is if it even ever loads. Usually takes several attempts to disconnect and reconnect to get something to play. Once it’s playing it will almost never auto-play the next video and it will often freeze up and never start again without disconnecting and reconnecting. With the chrome cast there is also the issue of episodes not playing from the place I left off on, but with chrome cast it is very time I start an episode, it starts from the beginning. The app gets a a lot of stuff very wrong that other apps, even bad apps, get right or way better, and most of it isn’t stuff that is that hard. Just basic UX/UI design. You folks should go back to VRV. Their app is also very bad, but way better than this. Update: After eventually managing to succeed to submit a support request regarding my inability to login to the app, and after nine days of waiting, I was sent a thoroughly unhelpful response which did not come close to addressing my problem, so I’m left waiting again.
  • Don’t usually care but why so many ads?

    The ads on this if you don’t have premium are horrible. The same ads and the same music are being used over and over again. Other than the ads it’s a good anime streaming app.

    I'm so overjoyed to see what you cowardly lying hypocrites have started which I'm speaking of MONICA RIAL, SEAN SCHEMMEL, JAMIE MARCHIE, BRITTNEY KARBOWSKI, CHRIS SABAT and among others in FUNIMATION; you've certainly are becoming nervous wrecks that ruining an innocent mans' career (VIC MIGNOGNA) that continued to gloat over him being fired by your false allegations that started it all❗️❗️😡 I'm looking forward to see VIC win in court against you; specifically MONICA RIAL, SEAN SCHEMMEL, JAMIE MARCHIE, and the hire ups from FUNIMATION get "FIRED and DISGRACED" from voice acting. Since that would be "JUSTICE and FAIRNESS" for firing VIC over 2 weeks ago on their false allegations.

    You money grubbing bas$$$$s. I would have bought Re:Zero already because it’s an incredible show and book, but taking it down and forcing viewers to spend $100 to buy it is not how you build loyalty. I will not be renewing my membership this year.

    I try to scroll through my queue list and it keeps scrolling me down to SimulDub and I have to scroll back up every time. It won’t stop and I haven’t found a fix.

Not to mention your app glitches every time you travel into and out of an area with low signal.

    I watch an anime and it’s in English then on the third episode it’s in Japanese even if it says English and Japanese audio however this is not with all the anime that is on this app
