If you have not yet enrolled, your HR department can provide you with your company’s enrollment page.     The app is not formatted correctly for iPhone and will not allow you to reach the right edge of the bar that would let you adjust the maximum hourly rate when searching for a caregiver.

    Reimbursement section can’t be sorted by year or month. Also, I just noticed my page is all blacked out. Please fix this issue!

    Care at work app requires a login using a third party browser which hangs. Good luck navigating help pages to find a direct contact.
  • Backup care reimbursement nonexistent

    I’ve had multiple claims “pending” for almost 2 weeks now. They specifically stated “we will review your claim within 7 business days.” There’s no email or number listed to contact Care@work, it always just takes you to the regular customer service and they get mad at you for calling the wrong number. Horrible way to do business.

    My account was “terminated” with no reason as to why. I am a college student and this was my primary job. You have disconnected me with job offers and families I was currently speaking with. I deserve to know what happened as your list of examples did not apply to me at all. Do one quick swipe through the iTunes Store reviews, or you customer service reviews on google. I am not the only one who this has happened to, as plenty of your reviewers seem to have the exact same issue and have had no response as to why. I will be continuing to attempt contact until I am met with some sort of an explanation. This is so disrespectful, inconvenient and unprofessional of a company.
