  • Nice upgrade

Upgrading from a really old mSecure version. I was really worried it would mess up the update and I would lose info and passwords. It went easily. Sync between all devices is smooth. I do think some fields changed in passports, but didn’t lose anything critical. Very happy. Love one time purchase and no monthly/annual charges.
  • App crashes all the time

When the app worked it was great however now I can’t log in without it crashing immediately. Before ios 12 it would crash every time I tried to save a password or copy a password to use in another app. The app has become useless at this point since I can’t even log in.

Have used the app for many years and love it. Had a issue I created and tech support worked me thru to find a solution. Could not be happier with the app and the help Nick in tech support provided!

  • Still Needs Some Work

It’s awesome that they have added the ability to work with iOS12 but, there has to be a way to link an app\site to a pre-existing record. With out that it’s rather annoying.
  • Makes me exit..

The new app will periodically not present the finger scan option, ie - it forces me to enter the password. So, I either have to do that or kill the app and reload. A pain!
  • Disappointing

So disappointed in these guys. Used mSecure for years, bought when it was a one time fee. Now my old app isn’t supported and no longer works. I’m locked out of all my passwords unless change to their subscription model. No thanks. If I’m going to pay a monthly fee, it will be to somebody else who didn’t burn me.

The new password auto-fill feature is THE BEST. Thank you for adding it.
