  • Horrible service

I ordered food late night and the order got cancelled after waiting for more than an hour because there were not available drivers.
  • Good idea but.......

    By Patrick21892
I could've walked to the restaurant, sat outside and begged for change until I could afford my order, and walked back all within the time they were "preparing my food".... literally took an hour to get McDonald's that was 5 minutes away. Absurd due to the fact that you cannot recieve a refund once they begin preparing your food.
  • Premium price, substandard service

    By kevincmanning
UberEats used to be better. When they were starting out, they openly stated that you didn’t have to tip. The food came directly to you. Now you get the pleasure of paying more than twice as much as competitor apps to have UberEats pool 3 orders together, resulting in cold and soggy food. On top of that premium price, you’re now expected to tip. Greedy company pockets the extra cash, businesses, drivers, and customers pay the price.
  • I’l NEVER use UberEats for a Panda express delivery ever again

    By Assjoe
I had the worst experience with Uber eats tonight. I actually have used Uber eats probably a couple of dozen times for a single restaurant in San Diego.... a Greek restaurant whe the girl that manages the place never had a problem with the Uber driver they always on time always courteous very good service but tonight I tried it Uber eats application to order panda express Chinese food originally they estimated about 45-50 minutes delivery time, then that becomes 60 minutes which became 70 minutes then 80 minutes and then went to 90 minutes and it was then two hours. At the two hours waiting mark I get a message from Uber eats on my iPhone “we’re sorry we are unable to fulfill your order”, I called the restaurant right away they said that message I got from Uber eats is incorrect we have your order here, UberEats screwed up big-timei’m thinking that’s OK it’s only my dinner. This was NOT panda express’s fault... it was all Uber eats fault... actually the restaurant had over five pick up orders that were NOT picked up by Uber eats in San Diego tonight, Sunday Match 18, 2018. Uber eats dropped the ball big-time!! they better discuss relationships with panda express because if I was panda express I’d probably tell Uber eats to go to hell. And sever business ties. Yes, they handled things in an extremely poor way. They sent a customer alert to my phone saying we are unable to for fill your order and the Uber app basically shutdown providing zero info to their customers. I need to make sure that they do not charge me for this order,
  • Horrible customer service

    By disappoint hungry guy
Cannot complete an order. They just continuously tell you it’s 10 mins away and then just keep adding 10 more mins at a time. When I called customer support I was put on hold and never replied to after 30 mins. They are rude and incompetent and don’t care how much the inconvenience people. Hey, Uber Eats, you’re not a monopoly, you can’t treat people that way. There are plenty of other options out there and I will use them from now on.
  • Frustrating

    By Jess in Philly
This app is infuriating. Some of my favorite restaurants to order from are listed as being all of a sudden “too far away” including one that i ordered from YESTERDAY. i just want some good pancakes. Is that too much to ask?
  • Great service in a big city

    By psarg1
I vacationed in LA for a few days and absolutely loved the app....but not great for rural or small town business.
  • Completely misleading and awful customer service

    By JtGrl
I placed an order for a cheese steak seeing the picture only having cheese peppers and onions. Nothing else listed as ingredients.... When I getting it. There were no onions, despite my saying light onions, and there was lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on it. All which I would never want on a Philly. When I wrote into the app( Uber eats). The only response that I swear seems to be robotic, was that I had the option to say I didn't want the ingredients on my sandwich. I wrote back with the picture showing the Sandwich on the menu and told them if nothing is listed or shown how would I know to tell them not to put it??? I've never ordered from there before. Same robotic response. I'm deleting the app and never using it again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
  • The worst service

    By The Sentinel Trask
I waited over an hour before Uber cancelled my delivery and didn’t offer any kind of consolation. Never using this again
  • Prompt

    By vincentvega89
Person was prompt. Food a little cold. Not anyone’s fault. Just happy; it was an “emergency”.
