  • Disappointed

I was anticipated on wanting to use this app but when you open the app it asks for a phone number which is what I did but I noticed that the number I have now was an old phone number from a previous guest on the app so it won’t let me log in because the only phone number I have is associated with another persons email address so maybe update this to where you can sign up with an email like EVERY OTHER APP?
  • Lost me as a customer

$6.99 for delivery is so ridiculous I won’t be ordering anytime soon, and I use to order a few times a week. Thank you...but no thank you!!!!
  • Works but be careful if you travel.

The app isn’t optimized for people who travel. The “use current position “ function isn’t readily apparent they is actually using your current location. Restaurant addresses displayed on the app are truncated and don’t include state. The combination of these two characteristics combine to make it very easy to order food from restaurants around where you were previously and if your far from that point, too bad. Cancel order function doesn’t always act immediately.
  • Trash

Really horrible. Put in my location and it sent it somewhere else. Tried contacting the driver and never heard back, pathetic. Grubhub never has this problem.
  • The booking fee was way too expensive.

    Not happy
  • One thing tho

Ok, I think this app works great and we have never had problems when using it, BUT one feature I would love to see added would be a way to send friends a giftcard via the app...the same way you can Venmo or Cashapp someone, it would be cool if they integrated that into the Uber eats app so you could essentially send someone a meal.
  • No customer service to get a refund when the food was not delivered!

I wish I would have come here to read reviews before using UberEats. I stood outside my home in the rain as the app told me my food was on the way. As the driver turned Toward my house I called to be sure to tell them I was outside & was hung up on with my order immediately being cancelled. There is no customer service to call & the Help on the app is ridiculous loop of text statement only. In my search to get my money back I found that it is widely known that Uber drivers steal food. They cancel orders so they can keep the food. There is even a forum for Uber drivers that talk about doing it.
  • Easy peasy

Some problems with assigning addresses of businesses. Otherwise easy peasy.
  • Horrible customer service

So, over a week ago, eleven calendar days, I used Uber Eats and they sent me the wrong meal. Not just substitutions, they sent me an entirely wrong order that I didn’t even want without enough incorrect food for the price I paid. All I wanted was the correct meal but the restaurant told me I needed to request a refund. Since that was my only onscreen option, that’s what I requested. When I would have reordered THAT night, I am still waiting on a refund eleven days later. Originally they told me 1-3 business days, after the weekend. I messaged them after that and they changed it to 3-5 (mind you this is all in writing). I messaged customer service and their adjustments are “having delays”...no ballpark as to when I’ll get my money or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve gone from wanting to simply reorder my dinner to a downright refusal to ever order from this app again. Get it together. No one waste your money on this app, unless you don’t mind being crapped on as a consumer if your order is messed up.
  • Love It!
