  • Applebee’s

I order my food and never get fries. This has happened often. It’s like pulling teeth to talk to the Manager, who is not Nice at all!
  • Missing items

    By Indiawhisker
I love how fast Uber’s food deliveries are but 3 orders I have placed in the past month have been missing items. I’m usually just ordering for myself so it’s at most 2-3 items. How hard is it to check the order against the items? Yes Uber will refund the missing item but what’s the cost of a ruined meal???
  • You just won my business

    By Kimwalker72
Had been using Door Dash. They do business with Chick Fil A. I don’t support companies that donate money to anti-lgbtq organizations. I heard that DD is also one of the worst for drivers. Looking forward to my new delivery service!
  • The most expensive company

I love eating food from my favorite local places and meeting my Uber driver

I waited nearly two hours on my food, I was less than five minutes away. My order was incorrect and I spent $30. I am very disappointed. I will never eat here again
  • Took 16 dollars from me and would not refund

    By guhgung
They spontaneously charged my card with out warning. When i asked for details they kept beating around the bush with constant canned responses. No phone number for help with this mistake. Sent over 15 emails and issue is still not resolved I’m deleting my account and i won’t be using Uber eats again.
  • Worse food delivery service

    By Drack69
I have used this app in 3 different stats and all three had crappy selection of restaurants. And the delivery fees are very high. Well they try to trick you and lowered the delivery fee and charge you a higher service fee. It would be cheaper to place an order and have Uber pick you up and drive you to get it and back home again. The last order I tried they canceled my order. I saw there was a message from the driver they didn’t have one of my items and the order was going to be canceled. I tried to respond but my messages failed. Not right away but like 5 min later. I tried calling and the 1st time it failed and the 2nd time it told me my number was not right. That’s of course was incorrect. Other services actually have a way to contact a person and talk to them and they call if there are issues with an order. Not just cancel and any help is pre typed out generic responses. No live person. I think I’ll stick with the other services next time.
