I have always wanted to lift weights but felt insecure and intimidated to venture into unknown territory...until I started Pwr.     It’s a great app that provides different types of workouts. It progresses with you. I have been using it for about a year and so far I’m satisfied. The app gives you a written explanation on how to do the exercises, and a few seconds video, but sometimes that’s not enough. The only suggestion I have is to add videos that show the exercises and to explain exactly how to do them. Some of them are difficult and I want to make sure I’m doing them properly to avoid injuries.
