  • Training Programs are good, app is average

    If it were not for the great structure that Kayla’s training have, I would not be using this app. Actually, there is not a huge difference from having her guides and the app, besides some new workouts now. But, the app itself does not add much tracking and data output. I mean we are burning calories and using this app on a daily basis and it does not track your progress, the amount of workouts done, the times that you did not train, the muscles you have trained the most. its really hard to keep track on your progress long term. It use to crash more, they have improved this lately. But, value wise the app has a lot of room to grow to become a real fitness training tool
  • Great app, but GPS needs work

    I was sooo excited thinking I ran a 10 min mile but then realized the gps tracking on this app was wayyyy off after I paired it with another app. No bueno. Hope this gets fixed soon.
  • Way overpriced

    This app is ridiculously overpriced just buy the guides way cheaper and all of the same information. Also not particularly user-friendly for the cost.
  • Great App, but Needs a Tweak

    I love this app, particularly the workouts for bbg. However, it needs a tweak: I hate that I can’t look ahead to future weeks and the workouts without losing all of my data. Please fix this.

    Many users have commented and I agree that you need the ability to log all of your other workouts. Example instead of LISS options I do yoga. Ideally you could add more workouts once the week suggestions are complete as well.
  • I like this app but...

    I really like the program and the application, they start easy and build every week, they are short enough to manage with s busy schedule etc. My biggest problem is that you can’t flow between circuits. I do the BBG which is geared towards working out at home but if I make it to the gym I’d like to grab a PWR workout from the same week. The app simply can’t manage this type of toggling and isn’t flexible. I will get through what I’ve purchased but I’m not sure if I’ll renew. I like to do a mix of home and gym workouts.
  • Worst app ever

    This is not user friendly at all. I am trying to get my audio trainer to work - because I don’t want to stare down at my phone throughout a workout. You read that generic article that does nothing. First, no audio trainer on/off option popped up. When I go to settings, there is nothing to audio trainer. There is no easy why to find what the version is (although I’m assuming it’s the latest since I literally just downloaded it). I am doing the free trial so maybe the app just doesn’t give all the features unless you pay (probably not the best idea) so I got all ready for my workout and couldn’t do anything. Incredibly frustrating ... doesn’t sit well with their whole “we motivate you!” vibe. After struggling with the phone, I went online to log in and see if I could get more info, it said my password wasn’t right, I got a link to reset it, and the page goes blank every time I type. So basically - worst experience ever and I’ve had it for an hour. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
  • Fantastic Workouts, App needs work

    The workouts are awesome and I’m really very happy with that aspect. The calendar doesn’t work at all. I get completed workouts added that I never did or workouts that aren’t even part of my week and there’s no way to delete them. There is also no history of your previous weeks workouts saved. I keep track on my own calendar but for what this app costs, the calendar should work.
  • Just getting started

    Love the idea so far just wish there was a way to figure out how to listen to the playlists provided or a way to sync my Spotify workout playlist. A little confusing navigating at first but I do love the workouts and guidance. On my first two days of using it so will update my review once I get used to the app.
  • Awesome app, needs some work

    Great app, and I love all the features but there are a few issues that need some work. I would love to not have to push arrows to go to different exercises and I wish the app would just flow through. I also would like to be able to skip a specific exercise within the circuit if I feel like I need to. It would be mice for the app to take into account how many times I pause and adjust my future exercises that way. There are ones when I feel like the Work out is too hard for me but I don’t have a way to convey that I need a little easier exercise next week. I haven’t been able to track my food for some reason.
