    I was a runner in college and have wanted to get back into lifting. My old workouts were getting boring. I decided to try the Sweat app. Im completely obsessed. I have been using BBG stronger by Kayla and PWR by Kelsey. I love going to the gym and knowing exactly what machines I need with confidence instead of walking around aimlessly. Very thankful for the Sweat app and I LOVE the updates to the way the app looks. Also, love the recipes they give you! The app added a “warm up recommended” option which i definitely suggest to avoid injury. But Sweat is by far the best workout app out there! Thank you!

    I love sweat, but the new update is absolutely awful. So bad that I’ve considered buying the BBG guides and canceling my subscription! Alarms are gone. Clock is too small to read. Graphic design is a mess- it used to be easy to navigate and now it is a cluttered disaster. Gone are the big full page (motivating!) congratulations when you finish a week. Want to check a different week in the program? Don’t- you’ll lose all your progress. Please, sweat, fix the problems not the things that are actually working.

    My husband and I love very busy lives. When my youngest daughter was 2, I realized that if I waited for my husband to watch our two kids I would most likely never exercise again. I was unhappy with my body and very depressed. When a friend mentioned the Kayla Itsines book as a solution to working out at home I knew I could make it work once my girls were asleep. I quickly became hooked and very sore. I toned up fast. Soon I started following Kayla on Instagram, she posted many motivational pictures of women, just like me, taking control of their lives and fitness. I have been using this app for a year. I am so pleased with it. I don’t think I’ll ever sign up for a gym membership again. Kayla Itsines is a queen and my guru. Thanks for empowering a world of women Kayla.
