    Why is the subscription $20 if you’ve already paid for the eBook and all the workouts?! This is a total scam and I’ve honestly lost respect for the entire BBG enterprise with this extortion.

    Great app and realistic workouts at your own pace. I saw a different in my body after a week. You just have to commit to the workouts with proper diet and push yourself during the workout. Just wish it was more affordable like other apps.

    I have used Kayla’s BBG downloadable books in the past, so I got an offer for a lifetime membership to the app. I paid the fee and realized a few months later I was getting monthly charges, which I should not have been charged with my “lifetime membership”. Apple refunded a portion of these fees (I had been unknowingly signed up for a monthly membership), but had to cancel my monthly subscription to avoid further fees. I am now not able to use the app and Sweat is not returning my emails. Horrible customer service.

    I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to cancel the automatic payment for this app. Definitely not worth the hassle or expense.

    I have been doing boot camp for 4 years now(on and off because of the pregnancy). And I decided a little extra. My friend and co-worker was doing Kayla and it just amazed me how drained she was after each workout. I decided that this is the challenge I need, Kayla's workouts! So far - I am really happy! Just what I expected! Can't wait to see what's next!
