  • Scam

    By MiaSeera
This is a scam. I should’ve googled this app before finally caving to the in-app purchase. They’ve gotten away with fraud for awhile it seems like. It’s brimming with fake accounts and bots. Pretty sure the app also sends you a ton fake listings, claiming they’re real opportunities that you can read once you sign up for the $7.99/week payment.. but once you pay, these listings and messages are mysteriously deleted. I get a dozen of these “deleted messages” and bot messages everyday. I’ve only spoken to one real person. Don’t make my mistake - stay clear and download Roomi instead.
  • God awful.

    By Homeless in Irvine
You have to log in with Facebook. You can’t get an account without having invasive social media that doesn’t respect your privacy. After you give in and make a Facebook account just to explore the app, which is a nightmare trying to navigate, you have to pay to READ YOUR OWN MESSAGES. Messages sent to you by people whose listings could be potential homes for you. I will become homeless before this over-glorified craigslist actually proves to be useful.
  • This app is a scam.

The positive reviews are fake ones from Roomster. This company is running a huge scam and ruining other platforms. Do not download the app and for the love of God do not pay them.
  • Harassment

    By Dmoneybaggscumgetit
Well since it has been over a month since I used this application and my aunt is a lawyer. I’m now ready to file for harassment charges against roomster and the developers. Everyday I get multiple emails claiming somebody is looking for a roommate and once I open the link I’m asked to pay $7. I’ve opted out of receiving emails which I still do (harassment) and if I’m not contacted by an owner or developer I will be pressing charges.
  • The steal money from you

Even after canceling your subscription, the still continue to charge your account. Customer service is useless and unresponsive. Advertise at your own risk
  • Like paying for Craigslist

    By Rhondanolastname
This app is like paying for to be a member of Craigslist to be able to send and receive messages. But with the bonus of being spammed with messages from people using the “megaphone” feature. This basically spams everyone regardless of where they are looking, what their bio says, or even what state they are in sometimes. Plus you have to remember to unsubscribe or you’ll keep getting charged to receive spam.
  • Decent listings, horrible app/site

    By Jeremy Renner's Wife
There are some decent people on here but the charge is ridiculous. Also, the app is incredibly glitchy, as is their website. Doesn’t work at all. There are a lot of listings I found on my computer hidden on the app. Plus you have no way of contacting someone who isn’t upgraded. Ridiculous.
  • Great app!

Roomster can help you find a provider based on the location map for you. It always let you know the details of the room to pick suitable room.
  • It's really great app!

    By Alden Powell
You can just find whatever kind of room or roommate you want really easily and to your preferences. It’s really great app.
  • Great app for me

    By Radley Henderson
Roomster helped me find roommates quickly and give me photos and belongings inside the room. It always gives me the most attractive rates.
