  • Awesome app for Apple Watch

    I love this app!! I’ve been using it for a week and I have been sore almost everyday that I use it. I love how it predicts your workout for the following day. Also the videos are extremely helpful. I have never paid for a workout app but I do think this one is worth it especially with the Apple Watch. I can leave my cell phone locked away for my workouts. I will continue to use this app and have already recommended it to friends.

    This app is for you!!! I was a big orange theory fan until it just got too expensive. I can do cardio on my own, but struggled to find a weight lifting routine I could stick to. What I loved about orange theory was showing up and turning off my brain. I didn’t have to decide what to do next and this app gives me just this! It’s customizable in ways I never even thought of and I’ve really enjoyed trying new exercises and challenging myself. Can’t recommend this app enough!!

    I was they scrawny guy in high school. A string bean that was always intimidated by the gym. I have never taken the time to learn workouts and focused on body weight and endurance type sports. This app is everything I have needed. It not only gives me a custom workout that a trainer would give you, but also shows you the movements. No more going in blind. No more YouTubing movements. Just plug and play. This is also the first time I have ever bought an app before so that should say something. If you know what you’re doing this app might not be the best for you. But if you’re not comfortable in the gym or maybe a little rusty, this app is for you.

    This app is a great way to track your workouts and get new workout suggestions. It needs a feature to create a custom workout and a way to change variations of workouts.

    Was super bored with my workout routine, but I don’t have a ton of extra income to spend on a trainer. This app takes the place of a trainer. However, it’s better than working with a trainer because I don’t have to put up with chit chat. I hate working out with other people.
