  • Needs a timer

    I have only used the app a couple of times, but I find it very helpful. It’s user friendly and has plenty of exercise options. My only complaint is that it needs a workout timer to track rest time between sets. Then a notification when time is up. That would make it great.

    Unless your a trainer wouldn’t hurt to try this out. Great way to track workouts and learn new ways to target muscles and break out of the same gym routines. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks and when I can’t go to the gym this app will still create a workout with only my body weight. Best workout app out there!!!
  • Perfect for home gym or limited equip

    Love this app! If you have limited equipment or a home gym you can customize what’s available to you and they generate workouts based off of that! I’ve tried many other apps and this one is the best so far. You can substitute workouts or adjust them as you go depending on your level. They are also constantly updating and adding new features and address user issues immediately. If you want to get a good burn, this app is worth the money and subscription

    I enjoy waiting till I get to the gym to see what the workout variety is. Good coaching should you try to listen to it. These superset kicking old man butt.
  • Good for certain things.

    If you’re new to lifting or looking for general fitness this is a great app that does a lot of the thinking for you. However, if you are pretty advanced or (like me) do only calisthenics the app just lacks the content. For instance only bench dips are given to me even though I checked I own rings and parallel bars. The intermediate and advanced body weight exercises like ring dips, l-sit dips, ring pushups, etc. we’re just simply not in the app. I also couldn’t get it to assign me pull-ups or any variation thereof after changing he settings multiple times.

    I’m very lazy and easy to get out of a routine. This app is fantastic at mixing everything up. It keeps it fun and exciting by keeping you guessing. Best part is the report at the end.
