    I love it when after spending $5,000 on @GoogleAds I call customer service about a billing issue and don’t get any help then I’m asked to please hold for a brief survey but I get hung up on instead because the agent knows I’m unhappy and my feedback will not be good. 👍

    If I open the app now it shows graph of 3-4 days ago!! It’s never the correct amount, I tried to refresh and nothing changes!! Worst app ever!! It’s better for you to work by the browser!! Misleading that benefits Google! so you think your ads are spending “x” and when you log in to the web browser you spent “xxx” and your app was showing old data all the time!!!!

    At least guide us how to add a campaign and how to link it to our website. Do we still need to hire an expert to manage our online campaign?? USER RESEARCH IS REQUIRED BAD BAD BAD UX NO GUIDANCE!! Contact your Gsuite small and medium businesses to address a proper UX!!

    Working with customer service is an absolute nightmare. No one ever gives you a call back on your tickets because they are closed internally so they don’t have to work them. I have been trying to get an issue resolved on my account for over two months, and it’s not that overly difficult of an issue. My Google rep is also extremely unhelpful hasn’t done anything to push this ticket along.

    Every month I try to access the receipt from my auto-credit card payment, and it fails to display it for me. And no, there is no setting that will auto-email you the receipt/invoice. So every month I need to navigate through the myriad of pages to get to the bill, and then am reminded that the app is programmed like crap, and need to find the receipt on my desktop. Get with the century

  • In Need of Corporate Level Assistance

    I disabled my campaigns using this app only to find out days later that my campaigns restarted themselves without my knowledge causing and outstanding balance. I contacted customer support and they told me the history log shows me stopping the campaigns the same day I contacted them. They said I will be charged the outstanding balance and there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for further investigation with Corporate level Assistance and I have not heard back. Has this glitch happen to anyone else with this app? I asked them why they don’t provide us with daily reports so we know if campaigns are running without our knowledge. This is Google! Clearly they can come up with the algorithm for this! Does anyone have a Corporate Number I can call to get some answers? My search results take me to the same contact information which has been a dead end.
