  • Latest update is very buggy

    By Broswift
Worked fine before this version now the interface has bugs everywhere. Touching certain elements crashes app, apps change names and icons. Why push such a buggy release?
  • Easy to great!

I struggled with built-in parental controls on a few different mesh routers and none of them were easy to use and frankly, none of them worked. I figured I'd give Circle a try and I'm so glad I did. I have complete control over my network, who can/can't be on my network, what they can see, how long they can be on it and can even see what websites they've been on. I have several kids, all with iPads and friends with iPads and other devices so having this control and visibility is tremendous. It was very simple to connect to my network, easy to set up profiles for each family member and assign devices and set up internet usage and bed times. If you have kids, no matter what age, Circle is a MUST if you want to manage usage and have insight into what your kids are doing online.
  • Needs a little more work

    By Lilfrankie7
Circle has been ok but needs some more work. I like that each child can be individually customized as far as times and apps etc. Sometimes my kids will try to get on an app that is appropriate for their age and it won't work and I will have to unblock everything to figure out the cause. Also, there are times when the settings for my child have crossed over to myself and I have had to unblock him to get onto the internet etc. I think the cause was circle go and I had to uninstall on my phone.
  • Nifty!

Isn't technology great! I bet those parents from the 90's and oughts had this stuff. I appreciate all you have accomplished. The simplicity is key. I am a tech pro and find this very refreshing. It is very simple (in application and in concept) to use. For those that want grainular control down to the packet, go get your pro stuff. This just works the way I want 99.5% of the time. I even like how it notifies you when circle loses internet connection. Helpful when not at home or logging when provider's have outages. All in all it does what it advertises. Keep up the good work and I look forward to new and improved features.

The circle box and app are both bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
  • Update wrecked my circle

    By Clet2315
I updated Circle today and now nothing works. It doesn't recognize the network. I tried to re install and it doesn't work. Very frustrating! Edit: there was a second update and now my circle is back! We appreciate Circle and it has been getting better!
  • Used to love it

    By Momz000
I used to love this app, but ever since the update it won't even open. I contacted support, and she suggested turning the Circle device in my home on and off. The app still won't just spins and spins. Very disappointed
  • Great App, great way to control internet!

    By BriteStart16
Parents, most bad reviews are written by disgruntled kids. This app works well to help you manage the content, time and quality of your kids internet usage. Unless you set up parental controls on their phones, there is almost no other easy way to control the socials. This makes it much easier. Great tool.
