    Workouts challenge me. First time I used I never completed a 12week course. This time I’m sticking with it. The workouts are hard enough and keep me challenged. Providing strength, core and balance. I really like it. I’ve lost 17 pounds since staying with it and keeping a cardio and eat right mentality. Good tips to read. Love this app and worth the annual fee for me.

    This app has helped me build a new habit of daily exercise. The videos are useful to show the proper form for each exercise and I like that it includes warm up and cool down exercises. I have the subscription and am using the 12 week custom plan. Now on week 7 and it’s going well. A few improvements I would like to see (and the first two are why I only give 4 stars): - if I can’t complete reps for an exercise allow me to record how many I did do. - after sets are complete, take me straight into stretching. It’s annoying to have to navigate back to that screen to start the stretches. Move the how do I feel questions after stretching. - mix up the post workout stretching a bit. Are there other options to put more variety into that segment? - provide ability to edit comments on a workout. If it’s there I haven’t figured out how. - possible to build automatic rep counters on some exercises using proximity or motion sensors? I sometimes get distracted and lose count!

    I ordered the upgrade for .78 a week. I can’t access the upgraded version at all. It just take me to the subscription page. There it shows I paid $39, which is fine because I love the app. How do I get into the upgrade? Help me please, or give me a refund.

    I absolutely love that the track all of your stats for you and that they have the built-in camera so that you can check your weight. It has personalize plans so that helps you not have to sift through all kinds of information and I think it’s very helpful.

    Completely mixed up my plan. Maybe a sync problem between iPhone and AppleTV. It just made me do week 2 exercise 1 for the third time. This is so frustrating.
