    Great app. I’ve recommended it. It helped me get in shape. I did the 12 week plan. However, as the plan went on, the exercises starting taking too long. So, I only use the workout creator now. The app would improve if... - You could customize a workout and select your exercises. - You could set a time limit for the 12 week plans. - You can make exercises easier but it would be better to also be able to make exercises harder. Offer a harder version.

    I’ve lost over 40 lbs (and counting) with this app and the keto diet. I have two little kids and work full time so it’s hard to get to the gym. With this app, all you need is 6 square feet and your phone! The workouts are challenging and generally take about 30 mins, but totally kick your butt. I love the variety (I’ve done this since January and never had the same workout twice), and it’s super easy to keep doing my workouts when I travel for work or on vacation. I never pay for apps but this is worth every penny! The one more not critique I have is its little confusing on some of the exercises as to what equals one rep. But after looking at the faq, it was easily answered.

    Results is the only self directed workout app I have ever used consistently. I love the guided workouts, variety and accountability. After I finish my workout I take a selfie in app and send my results to my accountability partner via text and receive instant feedback. I am on week 83 and look forward to doing this workout four times a week. I pay the premium account and love the integration with Runtastic to track my cardio too! Cheaper than a real life personal trainer.
