iPad only app for storyboarding new eLearning content, including specific eLearning features such as quizzes, scenario branching, video and more. The storyboard can then be shared for review with stakeholders, who can review through a browser (reviewers do not need to have the app). When ready, the work can be exported directly to the Adobe Captivate desktop app to complete the project.

  • Crashes every time I try to add a picture.

Great app, but completely useless to me if I can’t add pictures. It seems like this a common problem. When will adobe fix this? Or is this app not worth their time?

  • Crashes Constantly

I have the latest iPad version with the latest updates to my IOS and I even tried to reinstall this app but it continues to crash every time I try to add a picture...and I can see from the reviews I am not the only one. I do like its simplicity but it is too buggy and the Storyboard app or the Premier Rush app work MUCH BETTER. Until you all fix this bug I cannot use this app as uploading pictures is kinda a HUGE deal which is too bad since I like and use Captivate and was looking forward to integrated with is app.

The app was a highlight that would make storyboarding with imports into Captivate awesome and now it just keeps crashing when adding images from photos. Can this be updated?!?!

Crashed trying to add pictures from gallery. Needs some stability fixes.
  • Doesn’t play well with Apple Pencil and features are limited

This software is easy to use, but it won’t let you draw freehand with an Apple Pencil. When you try to draw freehand, you see the line that you have drawn appear on the screen, and then the line disappears a few seconds later... or the line is converted into a geometric shape. When I inquired wit Adobe about this, a representative suggested drawing freehand in their Photoshop app, saving, and then importing the image in Captivate, but that makes the workflow slower, clunky, and unintuitive. Designers need to free-draw sometimes. This could have been included in the program. There are inconsistencies in the app’s programming too. Text in textboxes can be edited for color and size, and can be rotated independently of the shape that the text is overlaying. In contrast, text added directly to shapes can’t be edited for color and size, or be rotated. Again, this restricts usability. Is Adobe interested in updating this product? It has had no updates for a year and I wonder if the company and its workers are going to.

I just played with this app for a while. There are many nice gestures incorporated from Adobe Comp. The app very easy to use and understand but I wish the pictures imported can stop being stretched or squashed.
