$10 for an app that doesn’t work and is very buggy. Game schedules disappear, even when I know I have a game. It will send you multiple notifications on one thing and when you click on that notification, it takes you nowhere but a blank screen. The idea is great and this would be an extremely helpful app if it actually worked. In the current state it’s not worth if even if it was free, but $10 for the thing is absolute highway robbery

Unfortunately they don’t minus stars in the reviews, or I will rate it minus 5 stars. I have used this app for 3 years lately having more problems. However, when I tried to renew it for another 3 years from the app, it took my money from my bank but it didn’t give me the renewal. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON’T BUY IT Luis, a soccer referee

This app works for me about half the time the other half I will accept a game then not be able to see when or where it is at.

The app performs horribly. If it did what it was supposed to do on a consistent basis it would be super-helpful. I’m very glad I only used a gift card to pay for it and not my actual money. It crashes regularly. Sometimes it shows zero assignments or blocks on the app despite having previously shown lots of assignments or blocks. The in app messaging/email system is a joke. It shows unread messages for days despite having looked at the messages. The only thing I’m happy about with the app is the iCal function which automatically imports game assignments from Arbiter to the calendar on your phone. Not worth the money. I would suggest charging schools/associations 10 cents more and earn enough to redo the app and make it free for all users.
  • Super flakey. Bad UI. Poorly written app.

Incredibly buggy and hard to use. iCal feed puts games on calendar at wrong times. UI is not intuitive and doesn’t do enough functions that you still have to use website for. App acts flaky and forces you to uninstall and reinstall from App Store to get it working again.

I can log into my bank easier than this and that is free to use. Claims you can log-in via fingerprint but that is only if you are returning to an already open app. They should have this feature optional. Also need to quit the inbox feature as i get it on my regular email about an hour prior
  • Calendar not in sync with the website

Recently downloaded and paid the subscription. Everything was working fine initially. I could see my assigned games and blocks. Then about a week later the app calendar was wiped and empty. I went back to the full website and my games/blocks were there. I emailed support but haven’t heard in a week. Angry that I wasted $8.99 because I find myself going to the full website anyway now.

Not very good. Only one out there that’s is being used that I know of, so we are all forced to use it. Very cumbersome and not at all intuitive. Suddenly I can no longer use the mobile app. Hate it!

App is flaky. Not showing games that appear without issue on desktop website. I’ve submitted a report days ago with company but no reply.
