  • New update fixes everything

It looks like every concern was met by new update. My connect subscription seems to be recognised immediately. I did not expect this but am now able to see if I was paid via Arbiter for any game on my schedule by clicking on the game and there is even a feature where I can pull up all unpaid games to make sure checks came in for those not on Arbiter. I could not get Arbiter to email me the ICal address for my calendar no matter how I tried but the app has an option to add calendar to iPhone and that worked. So now, I don’t have to take all the steps to login to Arbiter to see my schedule, location, role assigned, partner etc. Which is what I’ve always wanted to be able to do. You have an active link now for gps directions from app (as well as google calendar if you add the iCal calendar feature). The app has an active link within each listed assignment for each partner, administrative contact at location and assignor. There is a small charge now to get reminders sent to you for games via ArbiterConnect but worth every penny to be able to better keep track of schedule. Certainly there was some expense in developing this software so the subscription amount is well earned in my opinion. Blocking dates from the app is much easier than from the website as well.
  • This app is horrible

It does not give me notifications, the options to accept/decline games as the website says the app will do. Even on the website it does not give me the option of accepting or declining games. Arbiter stinks

I bought the app with the impression that it was a one time payment. I’m now being prompted upon start up to buy it again before I can use it. What’s the deal?

I had to uninstall and reinstall and it still isn't working. This new app has been garbage since it was rolled out!

The app used to be decent at best. The app is no longer working on my iPhone or iPad.
  • $8.99 for what?

I am paying $8.99 per year? For what? It’s slower than dial-up. Arbiter’s own pay system doesn’t work on it’s own app.
  • Works, but it’s clunky

It does the job of scheduling and blocking stuff out pretty well. This biggest problem is connecting it to arbiter pay, i usually end up having to use the website because the app can’t do it.
  • Useless.

I paid $8.99 for the subscription and it said there was no charge to my account because the transaction couldn't be completed. Meanwhile, my Apple iTunes account amount decreased by $9. I called Arbiter tech support and main office after attempting to refund the charge through apple, and couldn't get through to anyone. I was never called back.

Not liking the Apple version. Harder to use and can't see all your accepted games or newly assigned games on opening screen. Calendar is harder to read too. Definitely not paying to renew this next year.
  • Why charge?

We get charged a fee for the state. We get charged a fee our association. We get charged a fee to get our money from arbiterpay after we earn it. Now you want to charge for an app? Come on now. What are all the fees for??
